Reach your wooden cottage stay and relax in the midst of nature, after some light snacks. Start your holiday by exploring the famous mall road of Shimla. There is so much to do, eat at the traditional places like Sita Ram, Tripti, Trishool, and Krishna bakers, sit in the cafes like Honey Hut, have ice creams, Gulab jamuns and of course great shopping options. Your heart and stomach both will be filled with love and lip-smacking food, head back to your cottage stay. Does love evening walk? Walk to Jakhu Temple also popularly known as monkey temple, it is a sort of tradition in Shimla to visit Jakhu temple either early morning or in the evening.
Arrive at the Camp, familiarize yourself with the area, Our local expert will welcome you and help you settle in and surely will make you feel at home. Take a walk through the apple orchards and village with some old stories and well-kept hidden secrets about Shimla Soak in the sunset over a cup of chai and pahadi Maggie. Stargaze and capture the Milky Way. Dinner and Bonfire.
Hike through Oak and Pine forests to reach Narkanda North via Himri village. Our local guide will familiarize you with local flora and fauna on the way. ➔ In the midst of the walk, we have lunch in a village, interacting with villagers on their customs, traditions, and lifestyle. Enjoy the evening with the music, bonfire, and Himachali food.
After breakfast move to Shimla for the Heritage Walk. We learn fascinating facts & the history of the city, walking through its monuments & landmarks, getting a glimpse of the colonial architecture and remnants of the Raj. Lunch at a cafe in Viceregal lodge - The solid grey mansion, built in Elizabethan style with a lion and unicorn set above the entrance porch, surveys trimmed lawns fringed by pines and flowerbeds – the grounds and the exterior of the lodge are most impressive. Post lunch walk to Annadale and high tea Dinner at Cafe on the Mall Night stay at Cottage
Day at leisure, Though the environs of Shimla, are relaxing enough, but if you feel like pampering your body and rejuvenate yourself try a visit to the Hot spring Therme and Spa Hotel in Tattapani. It is one of the best spas in the region and makes good use of the therapeutic hot springs in Tattapani.
